Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, online bookings may be cancelled. Please email us or call us with your booking details and we shall process the cancellation as per the terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Terms:

1. If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 50% cancellation charge.

2. If a booking is cancelled before 30 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.

3. If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.

4. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such cases our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely.

• In case of any dispute or any unexpected circumstances at the time of check-in, we will provide an alternate room or will refund the advance deposited if the booking cancelled.

• In case of a no-show by the customer on the check-in date, the company will not refund any amount for that cancellation.

Please note: Convenience Fee & taxes will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund shall be processed as per with our cancellation policy. The refunds will be provided within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

2. If any client happens to pay twice for one transaction, the extra transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
