  • Changes are not allowed in your predefined tour schedule, changes in schedule will affect tour prices and needs to be approved before the tour initiation.
  • Changes in room type are subject to availability, tariff will change if the room type changes.
  • Guest should wait for alternate arrangements in case of unexpected circumstances.
  • Please check Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancellation of bookings.
  • More than 45 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 50% on invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee).
  • 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 1 night’s room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
  • 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid.
