We operate only North East, Himachal, Kumaoon, Kashmir, Kolkata, Delhi Mumbai, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Dooars and Bhutan. Hotels Reservation Terms:
1. Changes are not allowed in your predefined tour schedule, changes in schedule will affect tour prices and needs to be approved before the tour initiation.
2. Changes in room type are subject to availability, tariff will change if the room type changes.
3. Guest should wait for alternate arrangements in case of unexpected circumstances.
4. Please check Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancellation of bookings.
5. More than 45 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 50% on invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee).
6. 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 1 night’s room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
7. 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid.
